  • Data Action conditions cannot reference Campaign ID or Contact List ID – The only available identifier is Contact ID, making it difficult to apply global rules across campaigns.

  • Only two data actions can be used per Call Rule Set – This limitation restricts complex rule configurations.
  • Solution: We developed an Azure Function that combines multiple data actions into a single execution flow, enhancing the flexibility of Call Rule Sets.
